Reserved a table for five at 6pm to celebrate aunt’s birthday. Arrived slightly before 6pm with my partner. Informed the CaptainA who was assigned to attend us, that the remaining three would be arriving soon, we would order upon their arrival. Without bothering to at least ask us what time other guests would be arriving, he told us and reiterated that the 90minutes time limit was enforced the moment 2 of us occupied the table. Perhaps it was his cheerless expression when he delivered the time limit SOP which irritated me. It was 5.57pm. The restaurant was 80% empty! We totally understand if it was full or there was a long queue. We walked off and re-entered after the remaining guests arrived shortly, to be attended by the more courteous and cheerful CaptainB. During the dinner, he told us business has been spiralling downwards over the years as the mall failed to court established anchor tenants and resulted low crowd. After we finished our meal at 7.15pm, the restaurant was still HALF empty! Throughput the dinner, we had to remind them x3 times that certain items wasn’t served yet. Broth was good. Service wise? Overhyped, overrated and overpriced.
This hotpot restaurant is located within Tropicana Gardens Mall.
The setup of the restaurant is simple but tastefully done.
A number of broths are available. Patrons can enjoy up to 4 broths.
Beauty Collagen Broth is great and recommended.
Spicy Mala Broth is another recommendation .
The food and ingredients are fresh and good quality

Drinks suitable for hotpot meals are available.
Service is fast and professional.
Prices are reasonable. Cash, e-wallet and credit card payments are accepted

The mall provides clean and well maintained public washrooms.
Handicapped facilities are also adequately provided by the mall.
There is a large carpark within the mall
This is my 2nd visit to this restaurant. Environment and service is tip top, soup base is good too. Charging a high Price yet they have 1.5hr dining time limit, can’t really accept as it is not buffet hotpot and they start counting the time the moment u enter the shop. I ate tillI half way only the staff came remind we left 30 mins to dine, makes me ate till very rush and not enjoying at all. We actually wanted to order more but no time already. Probably won’t be back again.
terrible experience and service . Their soup and service used to be good but not anymore. Waiters were all so blurry and not helpful at all. Took like half an hour for the soup to be served and they just left the soup there without turning on the electric stove . At first we thought the waiting time for the soup to boil was normal till we realised it wasn’t turned on and no one bothered to check.
Top notch hotpot comes with a not so wallet friendly price. It’s could possibly get cheaper if you know how to ration your orders or if you come in a good pair of people who eat very similar sides.
Service is also a point of highlight here, where the staff are ultra attentive n detail oriented to a certain extent, you will notice they even random waiter waitress walking pass your table might have the habit of helping on small bits of task like adjusting the the boiler, refilling the soup, collecting the empty plates, providing attentive service n stuff.
Their condiment cost per pax onli for the sauce n free flow fruits seems a bit on the downside as some other hotpot choices have more choices of free flow deserts / ice creams
