Visited Aessence today after doing lots of research into products and procedures and was extremely happy with whole experience. From the friendly welcome to the reassurance of the doctor. Procedure was quick, easy and painless. Will be returning for other treatments. Thank you
excellent service, doctor was great, explained really well regarding the treatment. staff was really friendly and made sure i was comfortable throughout the process. ambiance was nice and clean. really recommended
We went as a group of three for a facial treatment, but unfortunately, they didn’t inform us in advance that they only had two therapists available. This meant the third person had to wait until the first person was done, leading to a long and inconvenient delay.
As for the facial itself, it was quite average—nothing particularly impressive or memorable.
Overall, the poor scheduling and long wait overshadowed the experience. Would have appreciated better communication from the staff.
First time here and definitely great time! Dr Chin and staff Ms Tracy is so professional and good in delivering the treatment. Barely feel any pain, just comfort. The team also very helpful and friendly can’t wait for next visit 😍
