I had a wonderful experience at Aglow. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and felt welcome and comfortable. The clinic is clean, modern, chic and has a very relaxing atmosphere. I went in for a pico laser facial and Joanne was gentle and explained every step of the process. She even covered me with a plush comforter because I was cold.
On the other hand, Yan Thin gave me helpful skincare tips and encouraged me to try their Pico laser treatment. After the facial, my skin felt fresh, hydrated, and glowing after the amazing session. Five star services indeed!!

I had an incredible experience! The staff, especially Yann Thin and Joey, were so friendly. The blemish facial left my skin refreshed and glowing, and I even got a complimentary eyebrow shaping. Highly recommend!
Came in for concerns regarding my uneven skin tone, dullness and tired looking eyes. Had a detailed consultation + facial + laser session today with Dr Alice, Yen Jun and Joey (therapist). Shoutout to Joey for the relaxing massages during the facial session!
I’ve undergone six sessions of the scar program at Aglow Clinic and couldn’t be more pleased with the results! The care and attention from Dr. Tai were exceptional. My skin’s oiliness, redness and large pores have reduced significantly—results I hadn’t been able to achieve elsewhere, which says a lot about the quality of treatment here.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the appointment scheduling process. I can’t plan my treatment sessions in advance and need to wait for the consultant to confirm available slots, which has been inconvenient at times.
That said, the results and Dr. Tai’s expertise are excellent, and I’d still recommend Aglow Clinic to anyone seeking effective scar treatments.
