Went to Ah Cheng Laksa for lunch today.
We had the asam Laksa& curry Laksa.
Both were fresh and flavourful.
The place was clean, organised and conducive for having a nice meal.
Service was friendly and prompt.
I tried the laksa today and it tasted okay. However, I was shocked by the portion size when it was served. It was as small as a bowl of boat noodles or cendol, with only one spoonful of kway teow. I’ve tried laksa at many restaurants before, but I’ve never seen such a small portion, especially considering it cost RM 10.50. It’s not reasonable, especially when other sellers in the same shopping mall offer larger portions.
Comfort food for a panmee soup for me within malls since they have quite are branches. I enjoyed their panmee paired with their sambal belacan.
However what’s notable about this branch is the minced meat on the panmee soup was especially salty:x
First time here. I love the curry laksa but ill say no to the sambal.
Definitely will come back again. 🌟
Other than their famous assam laksa, their curry laksa is also really delicious with great value ingredients inside. Just wish they have given larger siham.
Inside was clean and staff was friendly and fast to clean and serve.
