Bad customer service. My fiance ordered two hot chocolate but they brought out two long black. When I tried to tell the guy they gave us the wrong drink he said no no you said long black. Bro 3 people heard “hot chocolate” and you’re still adamant to be in the right. I had to buy another 2 hot chocolate and spend money for no reason because they refused to admit their mistake. Also you have to order at the counter because they’re too lazy to take the order. The food is average.
The price is a bit high, the decoration is cute.. delicious crepes. The staff’s service attitude is very excellent. When the water I ordered was all gone, each employee who came to the table opened their mouths with their first apology… after bringing out the food, they continuously apologized for having to wait and thanked customers for their trust. .. warm welcome… not enough staff, you guys work hard but are still very enthusiastic.. Thanks for the service

The cake is absolutely adorable. I always thought such cakes would be very sweet, but it turns out they’re not. I ordered a slice of Oreo cake, paired with a hot latte. Quite expensive, but I think we should treat ourselves occasionally, 🤭
It is okay to come here for drinks and dessert ONLY! The quality doesn’t match the price at all!!! It is very overpriced !!
The cappuccino and Pandan milk tea were good but the hot lemon tea wasn’t even real tea but just bottled tea (like lipton) heated up.
We ordered the popcorn chicken (the one on the photo). It was burnt, soggy, impossible to chew and just horrible. It didnt even taste like chicken YET IT COST 15 RM !?
The hash browns we ordered were okay but they come with no sauce. We asked for ketchup but it was very low quality.
The classic waffles and salted caramel cake were good and not that sweet!
Overall I don’t recommend to order any food here because there are no professional chefs! Looks like just students who work here as a side job😅
A cozy place where one can enjoy cakes, sandwiches, croissants, and typical coffee items at affordable prices. I love the moist and a little sweet hazelnut torte cake!
But my americano is pretty weak, so I will have to ask more strong one with less water mixed when I go again.
