We scouted for a few IDs before deciding on Amaze Design after few discussion with them on the design and material choosing.Natalie and her team did give me a lot of advices and some helped on prevention some extra costly on the certain item. We spend fews times to to finalize everything,and they are patiently with us all the time. We do need professional for guidance all the progress,from tiles/paint/curtain/smarthome system and etc those small item that we do not think much before.

I regret to report that our experience with this interior design company was quite unsatisfactory. We initiated a home renovation project during the challenging time after the pandemic had lifted, a period not ideal for such undertakings. Thankfully, we managed to complete the project despite numerous hurdles and considerable delays.
Regrettably, the quality of the craftsmanship left much to be desired. More troubling was the fact that the contractor made unauthorized modifications to our electrical appliances’ plugs, causing damage to one appliance and voiding its warranty. The company did replace the damaged item, but they did not do so for all the affected appliances.
The company’s post-sale service was disappointing. It took them a full year to address the defects we reported. After receiving the final 10% payment, they seemed to vanish before rectifying all the outstanding issues. I would advise future clients to withhold full payment until all defects have been fully addressed.
As for the pricing, my subsequent research revealed that the average quote in the industry is around 110-140 per square foot. We were quoted slightly above this range at 130+ per square foot. Considering this, we can confidently say we did not underpay for their services. Despite this, we were met with subpar service and poor workmanship. Overall, our experience was rather dismal and certainly not what we anticipated.
The team was excellent and helpful.Especially Natalie & Steven , Very patient and took the time and effort to help design and proposed material and colours. Used to give regular updates. The people who came to install were very professional and passionate about the job.keep it up !!👍
