Disappointing Experience – 2/5
I last visited this establishment in May 2023 after discovering it through a Google search. Known for its buffet-style steamboat and grill, I had higher expectations, but unfortunately, my experience this time was quite underwhelming.
Atmosphere: 1/5
The environment was extremely uncomfortable—it felt unbearably hot inside, and the overall concept felt dull and uninviting.
Service: 2/5
The staff assist by setting up your grill and steamboat pot upon arrival, but after that, it’s entirely self-service. While functional, it didn’t leave much of an impression.
Food: 2/5
The selection was very limited. The variety of seafood, beef, chicken, vegetables, snacks, and even ice cream didn’t offer much in terms of options or quality.
Ice Cream: 1/5
The ice cream was disappointing—not cold enough, soft, and lacked flavor.
Drinks: 1/5
The drinks were overly sweet, making them quite difficult to enjoy.
Price: 1/5
The price has increased to RM37 per person, which, considering the experience and food quality, felt overpriced.
Parking: 3/5
Parking is available, but there were many instances of illegal street parking, which could be problematic.
Will I return?
Unfortunately, with the price hike and lackluster experience, I’m not likely to return.
I recently tried the Thai BBQ buffet, and unfortunately, I have to say that I won’t be returning. While the price was reasonable, I didn’t feel that the quality of the food justified the cost. Although the buffet advertised seafood, I found that most of the options were not very fresh and lacked the flavor and texture that I was expecting.
That being said, one of the positives of the buffet was the price point. It was rare to find a buffet that included seafood at such an affordable price, so for those on a budget, this could be a good option. Additionally, while some of the food wasn’t very fresh, it was still edible and tasted good.
Overall, while the price and seafood options may be attractive to some, I personally did not find the quality of the food to be worth the cost. I will be exploring other options in the future
A hidden gem in Ara Damansara area. Please dont compare with other costlier all you can eat grill & steamboat resto. With 29 RM per pax for adult and 15 RM for kids below 12 years old this place is definitely bang for the buck.
The food are nothing to shout about, but they are fresh and decent. They also provide dessert, fruits and 3 drinks option all in without any additional cost. Staffs are all friendly, the place also clean.
This will be our go to place from now on as very walkable from our house.
Tried:
1. Buffet – Steamboat and Grill
(RM29.00 Nett per adult)
– Buffet food options were not bad. Refer to photos.
– Choice of Chicken or Tom Yum soup for steamboat.
– Unfortunately, none of the marinated meat tasted great on the grill.
– Food in the fridge were refilled promptly.
– Staff come by to change gas canister and top up soup when required.
– Desserts were a bit disappointing
– Self-serve drinks and ice cream included in buffet.
– As the table is not large, the heat from the steamboat and grill can make it quite warm. Option to sit outside.
– At RM29 per adult, good value for big eaters.
Restaurant:
– Non-airconditioned
– Ceiling fans
– Option to sit inside or outside (could be cooler than inside)
– Accepts eWallet payment
– Opens from 4-11pm

Been decided to come because it halal. Marinated lamb , beef and chicken was superb. No dessert such as ice cream there but next door is Mixue( the staff bad with cat). Overall i like the food, but can get better atmosphere with air conditioning and more choices with better price at other places.
