I have tried the Meridian message and it was amazing! The massage therapist skills were solid, from having consistent strength throughout, to hitting at the right points of my body. It was initially a discomforting pain for me, but I can eventually feel the tense area of my body felt so much relief, and felt so refresh after my 1 hour full back body session. I Definitely recommend this!
I also tried the HBOT (Hyperbaric oxygen therapy) 45min session and it was an interesting experience. It felt almost like i am in a plane with a pressurized oxygen room. So, there will be some slight ear discomfort due to the time when the room is changing pressure, but it will be alright once it stabilizes. The therapist suggests that people will have different effects after each session, which interestingly I felt a little more tired than usual. But they mention is the body doing some internal regulations due to first time exposure of inhaling large amount of oxygen. So, I believe a few more session would be better for this.
Just had a meridian full body massage and tried the face meridian as well. Both were so relaxing and couldn’t help but doze off. They were very generous with the essential oil used and were paired according to my needs. Highly recommended 👍
A place that I can relax, I had tried the singing bowl and oxygen chamber, the singing bowl really make me deep sleep in 20 minutes which is normally i can’t sleep well. The oxygen chamber make me refresh. Love the place very much. Besides, tried also the meridian Massage, highly recommended.
I enjoyed the HBOT sessions at Arc Holistic Wellness – there is access for those who need a push/wheelchair and the place is clean and tidy.
Elaine was friendly and made us feel very comfortable. She always greeted us with a smile and ensured we were well hydrated.
My 74 year old mother had a weakened sense of smell after contracting covid during the pandemic 4 years ago. After 2 HBOT sessions, she is able to smell again! The hyperbaric chamber is spacious and comfortable.
