Solid 5 stars For the service and hospitality ⭐️ Came here to repair my skin condition, and I had the best treatment session done by skin therapist Nik. Would definitely recommend others to come here.
Only wants to provide service that cost min of 300+ RM. Their menu shows services that are less than that but rhey say they do not provide services in that branch. They said the other smaller or less busy ones may provide but not in this branch. They also do not allow customers to decide up front what kind of service and need to assess and recommend. Feels like a hard sell tactic to sell more expensive services.
Very satisfied with the consultation and treatment given for my mom. My mom was so comfortable and already planning for the second treatment. They did not hard sell at all and that’s really good! Got 30% off for first visit as promised. Recommended! Pic Catherina or Catarina, a Sabahan was really good!

I went for facial treatment today. Love the environment – one to a room, no noisy neighbors, cosy & soothing. My therapist, Ms Hui Ching is very detailed yet gentle too. I signed up for package because I enjoyed my session. Also thanks to Siew Chin for the detailed explanation & analysis of my skin. Also enjoyed the barley drink prepared after the session. 🫰🏻
