This is the place where u first fell in love With Sarawak Laksa years ago, haven’t been here in a while but have tried various places.
Food is still good as I remember, definitely more comparable to the ones in sarawak. Portion is big and very flavourful, especially the Laksa. Some places are just too watery which lacks the herby flavour which I love. Laksa is just overall lovely, comforting and as Anthony Bourdain puts it, “breakfast of the God’s”.
I also had a small kolo mee just to satisfy my curiosity, noodles were springy and good, but as time goes on, it kinda deflates? Still nice, but better eaten as fast as you can.
Overall still the better place to satisfy my sarawak food cravings.
Managed to drop by for a Sarawak laksa here served in a huge bowl and the portion was just nice for my brunch.
Location is quite convenient as within a walking distance from Paramount Garden LRT station.
Loved her Sarawak laksa. The taste is similar to Ipoh Hainan curry with loads of spices.
Update 2:
Pepper pork stomach soup is back! Sarawak pepper is mind blowing!
Update:
Still the best! Prices have gone up, but of course… you like the broth… Request for more like I did!
The best in KL! Try the pepper pork intestine noodles too.
It is located inside the Restaurant Seapark. Tried the Sarawak Laksa and Tomato Kuey Teow at this restaurant. The laksa was too salty and overpowering with spices, while the kuey teow was average. The prices were reasonable, but parking was limited and frustrating. Overall, an authentic experience with room for improvement.
