Good work. The staffs Michelle & Intan are friendly and helpful, gave us a lot of advices. The installers are experience, can help us make a lot adjustment to suit the house condition.
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! Their contractors DID NOT turn up at agreed time. Also VERY INEFFICIENT as they also forgot to bring relevant parts more than once and we had to wait for them to return with the parts wasting our time! The QUALITY IS POOR! Can see in the attached pictures that they did not do proper checking of their finishing. They offered to return all cabinets to rectify the issues and we needed the cabinets so we let them take 1 door to fix. They took 3 weeks just to return that 1 door, meaning we had no cabinet door for 3 weeks. Fortunately it was fine when returned. However it shows they can do things properly, so we suspect they tried to give us rejected goods and hoped we didn’t realize it! Also, the picture of the screw on the door is the doorknob falling off a month later because the screw they used was too short. It was too late to change and we had to redo it ourselves. DO NOT recommend at all!
