BuildEasy was able to help us with our personal home as well as our office here in Malaysia. The communication with the team was professional and honest. They were able to deliver within our budget and in a very timely manner. Especially as a foreigner in Malaysia BuildEasy provided a refreshing change – finding a competent and honest contractor service by our side was not easy for us. Thumbs up to the entire team!
Bad experience for a first time home owner. Contacted mid March but keys were only handed back mid July despite numerous empty promises that it’d be done sooner.
The worst thing is now that it’s done, we’re still experiencing issues e.g. electric wiring not working, kitchen hob and oven installed not connected. If we knew that it was going to take this long and only get aesthetics without function, we wouldn’t have gone with BuildEasy.
Even now I’m sure we’re going to get blamed for “not checking their work before making payment”.
I’m definitely not one who enjoys writing negative reviews, but for what it’s worth this is the feedback I have.
Amazing work by the team. Extremely efficient and understanding to our requirements when we engaged them for renovation
