Exceptional services. The waiter Roman was soo kind and attentive. Manager Arthur was soo polite and kept making sure we was taken care off.
The food did not disappoint, one of the best meals we have had in KLCC, must try their lamb shoulder and lamb chilli pepper soo tasty.
If you are on klcc you need to come to this place. The atmosphere is soo relaxing. It’s just a lovely place to re-wind. I have been to the one in London, but I would say this exceeded my expectations and was even better then London which I did not expect.
I was soo impressed that I did a surprise cake request from the staff for my husband who’s birthday was in a few days and he loved it ❤️❤️❤️

Amazing cocktails, great food (some of the best nachos we’ve ever had, in fact we ordered a second!), fab shisha and nice relaxing atmosphere. Waiters were very approachable and lovely in helping us choose shisha! Football was on the screen too – added bonus for us! A very memorable night and wouldn’t hesitate to come back here next time were in town!

I visited with my partner, who had already been seated for some time. When I arrived, a staff member informed us that the table was reserved. With all due respect, for an establishment of this caliber, I believe this situation could have been handled much better. Asking us to move, especially when he was already halfway through his beer, felt unnecessary.
While I didn’t express any offense at the time, it did leave an impression—and not a positive one.
The food, drinks, and ambiance were fine, but first impressions are crucial. It was an okay experience overall, though I feel it has the potential to be much better, especially as your supervisor/manager seems quite capable.
