Came here with my partner for a Christmas lunch after seeing this restaurant in one of those insta influencers page.
I must say that the food was good. We had their tasting menu and even tried their turkey. It was a very flavourful. But the highlight for me was the souffle. It was perfect. I understand why they’ve sold so much.
I’d definitely come back again for their french food. Price was not too expensive.
I had a fantastic dining experience at Chateau Dionne, with both the food and service exceeding expectations.
The meal started with a selection of canapés, and my favorite was the choux with brie cream cheese—light, creamy, and absolutely delicious.
The fruitcake bread with rum butter was another highlight. The butter had a distinct rum flavor that really stood out, and spreading it on the warm bread made for a perfect bite.
The foie gras was beautifully prepared, with a sauce that complemented it perfectly, balancing the richness of the dish.
For dessert, I had the bûche de Noël, which I surprisingly enjoyed despite not being a big fan of sweets. It was well-balanced, not overly sweet, and a great way to end the meal.
Overall, an amazing experience that I’d highly recommend!
As usually, this neighbourhood restaurant didn’t fail my expectation and taste bud. Everyone always prepared my meals nicely with the same standard and quality. And my guest is so happy with the birthday surprises that they have prepared.
However, the Ramadan Menu is not my liking. I still prefer the ala carte menu as too “French Malaysian fusion” dishes is really not my choice. They did creatively innovate the menu, so I do have to give them some credits.
If you are new to this place, no worries… you definitely won’t be disappointed.
Enjoyed my lunch here in Chateau Dionne very much. Food was amazing. It started off with the amuse bouche which captures so much flavor in one small piece. Was slightly disappointed after that as the dishes after that were not as amazing as the start. Nevertheless, the soufflé made the whole meal all worth it at the end of the meal as it was just so delicious with the texture and the liquor. Will definitely return again for the experience.
