Authentic Korean pork bbq, the pork and ingredients are fresh. Good service as the staffs will help to grill the pork and kimchi on behalf.
The only complaint is the e Muk soup, the fish cake is the thin one instead of the authentic thick version as in Korea.
Try to avoid peak hours, you may need to queue.
The meat was fresh and flavorful, and the soup had an authentic taste with just the right amount of spice. The seafood pancakes were a standout, crispy and delicious. Plus, the boss was incredibly friendly and nice, making the overall dining experience even more enjoyable. You can expect truly authentic flavors here!
Very good place to get Korean food, very authentic and the atmosphere really took me back to when I visited Korea! Me and my friends ordered Set B + 1 Fried Rice at a really reasonable price! The owner and staffs were very friendly and attentive as they catered to all our needs😜. If finding parking is a problem for you, you can park in the basement parking at Sunway Giza😍! Really recommend this place if your looking for a nice, reasonably priced Korean BBQ!
We waited over 20 minutes for a table for five. Once seated, we had to order a minimum of two types of pork if not opting for a set. We ordered a la carte: two types of pork, tteokbokki, cold noodles, kimchi pancake, and steamed egg. Everything was just okay except the kimchi pancake, which we couldn’t finish. The environment was clean, and the staff were friendly.
Dol Dam serves top-notch (non-marinated) pork. All of their pork cuts—belly, shoulder, and pork jowl—are excellent, and I can’t complain about the quality of the meat, even when compared to renowned BBQ restaurants. I believe they use fresh meat. I ordered à la carte only, but I ended up having more than what’s included in the set menu. 😂
I loved their soybean paste soup with rice as well.(rice is already steeped in) It felt like my mom cooked it for me. It was the perfect comfort food, filling my stomach completely after the BBQ.
By the way, you’ve got to try their soju. Don’t ask me how many bottles I finished on the date.
