I recently visited Dr. Chong for a Pico Laser 2K treatment, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The staff was incredibly professional and welcoming, making me feel at ease from the moment I walked in.
The results exceeded my expectations! My skin looks rejuvenated, and I’ve received numerous compliments since. The clinic also maintains a clean and inviting environment, which is always a plus.

My facial experience was good. The doctor and consultants were attentive and took my concerns into account when recommending my treatment, which I appreciated. However, the waiting time was quite long—I had to wait almost 20 minutes past my appointment time. Overall, the service was professional, but the waiting time could be improved.

Tried their baby facial trial promo advertised. Made an appointment and had a consultation with a doctor. Doctor was very good, his explanation and treatment options were very clear and detailed. No complaints about the doctor. He also gave honest suggestions about what’s needed or not needed, which I appreciate.
After the consultation with the doctor the consultant came in to explain about the packages and prices. When I said I’ll think about it and I’ll opt for the trial facial first, the price suddenly went up to 400++ instead of the advertised price of 100++. I was confused and started clarifying the differences in prices. She then explained that trial price doesn’t include extraction, hence the different pricing. I insisted on not taking the extraction and the price went back to 128. It wasn’t a very bad experience but it did left a bitter taste on how the consultant tried to sneakily adjust the treatment package to unsuspecting customers.
I did consider going back to the doctor after the consultation for further treatment but after the experience with the beauty consultant, I decided not to. I’ve been to plenty of aesthetic clinics and there are plenty of options around with better customer experience.
No complaints about the beauty therapist too. She was very patient, thorough and kind.
First time visiting Dr.Chong Clinic and it was a pleasant experience for me. Ms.Marilyn was very gentle and warm during the facial treatment. Dr.Izzudin was also very good in explaining the options of treatments for me to try out which helps me to understand further my skin condition and the solutions for it. From the moment I entered till I left, all staff were friendly and gives out a good vibe. Totally recommended 👍🏻
