They are really extremely unethical, look at the 5star good reviews and you’d realised they’re all fake/bought (no profile, 1 or 2 reviews only), just to misleading you! But those low ratings are all from real profiles with proper review history and expressing their real experiences with this bad clinic!!
My experience here was extremely so bad. I’ve never experienced such a bad customer service before. The sales lady just simply gave empty promises by saying we can come any time without doing appointment as the treatment package we signed is a laser treatment which only takes about 2-5 mins per session, to really push you to sign packages. But after we signed and go for the treatment, every time they say have to wait, wait for 30mins to 1 hour, which really pissed me off, is totally different with what they promised at the beginning when trying to push you to sign the package. Their attitude are so bad and unfriendly, they were not afraid to give you an attitude to show their displeasure. They’re not genuine about the treatment, rather pushing so they can suck money from you.
I wanna warn others to be careful.
I went to enquire about the RM288 treatment for 2 laser treatments. I asked about whether I could use my normal skincare products after the treatment as the ad says “no downtime.” They said yes and I did the laser treatment. However, after the laser treatment, they asked me to avoid actives like retinoid and Vitamin C. My entire skincare routine consists of actives so I had to buy some new skincare products afterwards. If they had been upfront about the aftercare, I would still go for the treatment but would be more prepared. Instead, I felt they were trying to sell packages and was looking for ways to make more money by promoting their own skincare and add-ons to the laser treatments.
Dr. Carmen is AMAZING! Did the Skin Booster and pigmentation treatment, and my face is glowing and hydrated 💧. My makeup even applies better now! 10/10 would recommend this place! 💖
Had a Co2 laser session with Dr. Tifanny for acne scars, and the results are beyond my expectations! My skin is smoother and clearer. The procedure was comfortable, and the staff were super helpful. Definitely recommend! 🥰
