Firstly, I would like to thank the reviewers for giving their opinion and helping me to make an informed choice. I had my suspicions, and they were confirmed after some time and upon reading the reviews.

A week ago, I was contacted by a representative of this company, explaining that they are offering free health checkup as part of their CSR. For those who are unaware, CSR is meant to be something companies do to further enrich the communities they are part of, such as helping to bring sustainability or positivity to the group.

I spoke to the representative and agreed to a checkup but may need time to arrange the appointment, the representative agreed and told me to inform them if I would like to confirm it. I thought this would be it, but the very next day, I was called again and asked to confirm my appointment, which seemed odd to me, why are they in such a rush to confirm the appointment? I was informed that this would be an invite-only, appointment-only checkup, so why would there be such a rush for me to confirm my attendance, as one would assume that this kind of service would not have many people at all.

This did not stop, the calls kept coming around afternoon and I was pressed twice to confirm. I eventually did find a date but could not give further confirmation yet. On the day of the appointment, I was bombarded with numerous calls, WhatsApp texts and SMS texts. I found the tone of the representative who texted me on WhatsApp quite unpleasant, making me feel like I was being pressured.

I had read the reviews of this place on the day of my appointment and decided it is not worth my time to come. With how I felt like I was constantly pressured to make an appointment, the tone of the representative, and all of the negative reviews, it does not inspire confidence for me to recommend this place nor its services. Reviews talking about being pressured to sign expensive service packages and shady business practices, all while the company threatens the people who left negative reviews with legal action, this does not sit right with me.

If Earl Claytont would like to take legal action against me, I am fairly sure the threats would not even hold up in court, as what I said is easily proven to be true, and I am not in violation of any policies. I am exercising my right and my duty to inform others of my experience, which has been very unpleasant even before I had stepped into the premises. Please retrain your representative to speak better to your participants.

It’s our firstly time to get treatment for my Mom, all I can say is their services was superb all the staffs are so friendly and always take a good care of my mom in every session.very recommended to those who always make their health a no.1 priority
