The hotel has very spacious rooms and a bathtub.
It was not expensive and included a buffet breakfast.
However, the hotel itself is old, or the whole place feels old.
It is possible to walk from the station, but it is a bit uncomfortable at night as you have to walk through pitch-dark areas.
Also, the breakfast buffet was honestly not that good. The porridge was like hospital food and the Pao was cold. However, the bread and noodles were good.
I am somewhat dissatisfied but overall I am satisfied because I stayed in a room with a large bathtub for a cheap price.
Love the hotel. Breakfast was good. Room was specious. Service was good. However location wise, good if you have car n plan to go around in KL. For dinner either at hotel or you have to drive out. Maybe you can order in too. The swimming pool was a bit smaller than the usual hotel size but since there weren’t many crowds, we enjoyed it. You can also ask for baby cot at no charges.
I recently stayed at Eastin Hotel for a relaxing getaway with my husband, and overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The rooms were comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the facilities met our expectations, making it a pleasant experience.
However, one area for improvement would be the parking. We noticed that parking was not free, which could be inconvenient for guests. Offering complimentary parking would definitely enhance the overall guest experience and make the stay even more enjoyable.
That said, we still had a lovely time and would recommend this hotel to others, especially if the parking arrangement is improved in the future
Hotel in need of refurbishment, you can see that once upon a time is was grand but definitely not now. It’s 20min drive from city centre with no nice restaurants or to go for a stroll, only served by 7 Eleven supermarket. Pool, gym and tennis court very good. Staff are friendly, especially our waitress Rose
I recently stayed at Eastin Hotel Damansara with my dad, and I want to express my gratitude for the fantastic experience we had. Although I usually stay at Royale Chulan during my visits to KL, I was recommended to try Eastin this time—and I’m thrilled I did!
It’s been many years since my last visit, and I’m delighted to find that the hotel still upholds its high standards. The room was fantastic, and the breakfast buffet was simply delightful, with a wide variety of options, especially the pastries. My dad was extremely happy and well-rested, which made our stay even more special.
I’d also like to highlight the excellent service from the staff and manager, especially Mr.Fad which truly sets Eastin apart from newer hotels. Everyone was welcoming and professional, making us feel at home.
Thank you for providing such a memorable experience. I will surely return to Eastin for future stays in KL and will recommend your hotel to my family and friends.
