Long detailed review.

First off Jeff was very fast and patient to provide advise and quotation and arranged for packing and moving nicely despite my schedule. He tried to fit me in best he can. They are quite packed but he does his best to accommodate. Thanks Jeff.

Day 1 Saturday : They sent a packing team of two to pack 30 boxes which lasted from 10-5pm. They did not stop except for one hour lunch break. And powered through without even speaking much to each other saved for a couple of words in passing. Extremely professional and thorough and super friendly. Will know if everything survived after unpacking. This team only packed stuff into boxes.

Day 2 Monday : Moving team. Two 3 tonne lorries were used with lip lift. 6 members came to move including drivers. Friendliest and most helpful bunch of people. They wrapped every piece of furniture carefully. Dismantled what needed to be dismantled and fixed it back (I.e dining table) when they arrived including removing the cling film for disposal. They carefully pack each item into the lorries and place them where you need to in the new location. Packing and loading the trucks took about 2 hours from 10-12. They unloaded from around 1.30 and was done by about 4pm with no mess or fuss. Extremely efficient and delightful team.

I was honestly worried about the price being crazy but to my surprise it really wasn’t at all. For the price, I can honestly say worth every penny and I’ve done a lot of comparisons, they are the most reasonable.

I was put off by the others simply quoting me especially when they ask me “how heavy is that table” How would I tell you that? And then when the quote came I got surcharges for the table being heavy when I said my mother and I could lift it ourselves 😂.

Whereas, Jeff was happy to work off my photos and dimensions and gave me no fuss. His estimates for two lorries was bang on. He actually thought I would have needed a third truck but they managed with two after all.
