The ambiance is cozy and inviting, creating a truly relaxing dining experience. The portion sizes are incredibly generous—one dish is more than enough for two! Plus, the prices are very reasonable, making it an excellent value for money.
Came here for Valentine’s. We each ordered the half spring chicken meal. One BBQ flavoured and another Lemon & thyme flavoured. Both came with sides of mesclun salad, creamy mushroom, baked beans and mash potato.
Firstly, it took about 30 to 40 minutes to get our meal. I’m not sure why it took that long and a table who came in after us got their meals first too.
The chickens I would assume were overcooked, as the meat kept falling apart. It had a crumbly or flaky texture, whichever is the more appropriate term. So, it was a bit of a bummer as that was our mains for the night.
Their mashed potato tasted not like the usual, but in a good way. Nothing bad about it. I didn’t really fancy the creamy mushroom. Can’t say much about the salad or baked beans, you just can’t get that wrong.
The creme brulee latte was actually pretty good. I enjoyed that very much.
Overall, they seem to have an interesting menu, but I guess it just wasn’t our lucky night as I feel like my first experience here is probably hindering me from coming back again.
Mixed Western and local food. Can be fusion food if you look at the menu. The spaghetti and the chicken were so tender. Love it. I can see they serve good pizza on the menu, but unfortunately, all sold out. We have to come back to try their pizza. Overall, all the food was delicious, and I highly recommend you all to try it.
Elephant Resort Cafe in 1 Utama Shopping Centre offers a vibrant, tropical-themed dining experience that transports you to a beachside retreat. The bright orange entrance and lush interior create an inviting atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing meal. The menu features a variety of dishes, including beef pastrami bagels, muesli berry bowls, and the unique Watermelon Fountain—a refreshing drink served in a whole watermelon. While the food and coffee are commendable, some patrons have noted that service can be slow and inattentive. My crossaint in particular was charred and burnt, but luckily it was being replaced after several persuading. Overall, it’s a delightful spot for those seeking a vacation vibe in the city.
The food are excellent! From the bruschettas to the spaghettis,I would definitely come back here again when i visit KL!! Highly recommended.
Service is ok, just don’t fancy ordering using scanning the code. There were some complications on my phone and I had to insist on ordering at the cashier counter to which they eventually relented.
