Pricing transparency could be improved.
I reached out to inquire about servicing three AC units and was quoted RM120 per unit. Naturally, I assumed this was for the full servicing. However, I later learned this fee was just for inspection, with actual servicing starting from RM150+.
Two of my units weren’t cooling well, so the team inspected them, topped up gas, and did some light cleaning on the outdoor units. Their recommendation was to monitor the situation first, as there might be a leak—understandable advice, but I still paid RM120 per unit for this.
What surprised me more was the third unit, which had no issues. The technician briefly inspected it by opening the cover and looking around, without cleaning or checking the outdoor unit or topping up gas. Yet, the RM120 fee still applied.
While the technicians were professional and polite, clearer communication on pricing and scope of work would have managed my expectations better. For anyone considering their services, I’d recommend clarifying all details upfront to avoid surprises.
PS Their customer service recovery attempt was commendable. They promptly sought to make things right and apologized for oversight.

The price that they offered is the most affordable out of all they ive reviewed and found before. Their service is also the best ive experienced, the staff are friendly and easy to communicate when it comes to discussing about my issues. And the elaborations that they gave us about my airconditioner problems are also super clear and easy to understand. I’m really satisfied with the service and appreciate their hardwork. Their technicians on that day is Mr. Nooh and Mr. Hafiz. I’m really grateful for their kindness and work on that day. It was a great experience with them and their work is also very thorough.
