Had a quick pedicure session with Stella, very polite, detail and friendly.

From the very start very helpful in finding the store and responsive. Store is very clean and comfy as well.

I don’t understand all the good reviews here and wonder if they are genuine reviews or did I even come to the same place as all these other people? Did a mani and pedi here today and honestly found it very average at best. I am not at all fussy about my nails – for my hands, I just want them clean and with no color. I was OK with the outcome but the nail shape for both toes and fingers was not filed evenly – I don’t mind it but it’s only an observation that I did not personally experience the meticulous nail work that others claim.

I found the pedi outrageously overpriced for what you get. It’s RM228 for a normal gel pedi (it’s called a “deluxe” pedi on the menu, but it’s really just what you expect from a normal pedi process, nothing more and I would say, even less than a normal pedi because the very miserable amount of scrub applied was not even put on the soles of the feet, which made me unsure about what was even the point. If you take what is called a “classic” pedi on the menu, it’s actually LESS than a normal pedi because they don’t remove the dead skin/calluses).

Customer service doesn’t exist. The nail tech was completely expressionless and unfriendly, as though I was disturbing her day when I showed up for my appointment. At the end of the day, I left with decent enough albeit uneven nails so really can’t complain, only that my experience here was disappointing and below expectations.

Really liked this place which i came for gel removal only but they were very attentive and did it perfectly, pain free
