1st time here as I was looking for a nearby nail service. Not bad. Spacious and friendly staff. Had a variety of colors to choose from. The sofas however didn’t look great. Had stains which are probably accumulated over the years. But overall a good experience.
Visited here with the staff’s discretion to come at certain timing just to wait 40mins for another customer to finish up their set. Understandably it’s a busy period so it was okay to wait.
However, nails started to peel only ONE day after it was done. Nails were not cured properly. Informed the shop about this incident and they were quick enough to arrange a touch up for the following day according to their availability.
Came the second time, just to be waiting another hour because there were customers on going with their sets however timings were clarified beforehand. Politely asked the staff how long the waiting time is, staff brushed me off by pointing to another customer “she’s almost done.” “Im not the one replying you”
Fyi, they asked me to come at 1030am which is their opening time. No reason for ‘delayed’ customers from previous set. Poor timing arrangement even with the online system going on.
Needless to say, nails are not done properly and when being asked, staffs are just pointing fingers and playing the blame game among each.
Ultimately, I opted to remove everything off after just one day of having the nails done just to buy myself some peace of not having to come here again just to be brushed off with an attitude.
My second time coming here to the SS15 branch and they’re amazing! Showed them a reference photo both times and they followed every detail. Super talented manicurists and the space is cute and comfy. Price is reasonable too. Would definitely recommend and come back again!!
I had a previously scheduled appointment, which was made in advance, but upon my arrival, I was informed that my appointment had been cancelled in favor of a walk-in customer. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for customers who have made the effort to book ahead.
On my previous visit, I had to wait 45 minutes before being attended to, and this time I was simply disregarded altogether. The level of service and professionalism I experienced was far below my expectations, and I will not be returning to your salon again.
I am extremely upset with the way my time was treated and would like to let others know that they should not expect to be valued as a customer especially during their crucial time needing a service.
2nd time getting my nails done here, really loved the outcome! manicurist (shan) was very careful and followed my design reference closely ☺️ thank you!
