Strange guest experience at this hotel. The room has a fridge but nothing in it. No snacks no nothing. Bathroom had a bathtub but no bath soap. I ordered room service, but I was not allowed to charge to the room and few options. Lord knows why they have 8 different wifi plans – none of then for free seemingly. At breakfast all the hot dishes was cold. On the positive side, the hotel staff are friendly and helpful.
We have enjoyed our stays very much. Spacious and clean rooms, excellent buffet breakfast with a wide range of options, pleasant pool area. Most important: attentive and guest oriented staff always offering to help and assist. We will come back.
Stayed here for 4 days 3 nights and it’s probably the most BEST hotel i’ve ever stayed on. The service was super good, fast and efficient. The staffs are all super nice, friendly, thoughtful and very very helpful. They are also very automatic especially when it comes to attending your needs. Also, checking in and out has never been more fuss free. As for the room, it’s super clean and everything in there is just what you ever needed in a hotel. Best part is – the bathroom comes with a bidet too! Everything about this hotel is perfect!

We had a great holiday stay at Hilton PJ, it was so impressed by the luxurious ambiance and exceptional service. The staff were warm and welcoming, ensuring our seamless check-in process. Our room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with stunning views of the city.
The hotel’s facilities are top-notch, with a beautiful pool area and a well-equipped gym. The breakfast buffet was also one of the best I’ve had, offering a wide variety of delicious options, both local and international.
What really stood out was their Executive Lounge. The environment is cozy and comfortable, with a dedicated reception and serve team offering personalized service. The lounge itself is beautifully designed, providing a relaxed yet upscale atmosphere with stunning views of the city. We enjoyed their snacks, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails. The exclusive access made the stay even more special, adding a touch of luxury and comfort. Highly recommend the Executive Lounge for anyone staying at the hotel!
Went to Paya Serai for iftar with family members. Unfortunately, the foods served were quite disappointing. Some of the foods were spoiled and we did inform the staff. They removed the food later but in a well known place like Hilton, serving a spoiled food should be a huge concern . The location of surau was also not that accessible. It was raining and we got wet. Perhaps could open the door near the tent for easier access.
