Irvine is very patient to coordinate details with our design concepts. The 3D homa drawing is 90% same as the actual outcome.
The workmanship of Installer Ah Choi is good and skillful. He is able to advise and solve onsite technical issues.
The only thing to improve is the speed of drawing, it really takes longer time to do minor changes.
Just got my dry kitchen top cabinets and island surface nicely done by HOMA kitchen. They have provided a 3D design, followed by a 2D detailed design for confirmation before coming for installation. The workers are professional in making sure everything works perfectly according to the design approved. The final product is satisfactory, and the quality is really good.
HOMA has been great since start to finish. Taha who is the person in charge has always been accommodating and answers all the queries persistently. Love the attention to details provided in the quotation with breakdowns, the 3D drawings and measurements prior proceeding with the carpentry work to ensure everything is intact and accurate. The result is also almost the same with the 3D provided, quality and finishing were excellent, and completion is also ahead of schedule. And the best of all is that HOMA provided 1 year warranty to its work. Would definitely recommend HOMA to all. Thank you HOMA, Taha, Johan and team.
Honestly, I wish I could find an improvement feedback for Homa but the service, proactive communication provided was truly excellent. The installer Mr Fauzi even spotted some mistakes from the contractor and was able to build around it. He even provided more guidance which not much people would do. From design perspective the sales representative Irvine was super amazing to the fact of me changing my design more than 5 times but he was accommodative and also supported in choosing the right colors and enhancing the design. After the completion the TV cabinet , wardrobe and kitchen, the results were perfect. Exceeded my expectations and I have more things for Homa to do soon. Their CS representative was super proactive communicating all the details on time with progress timeline. All clarifications I had was responded timely. What an amazing team. Fantastic effort Irvine, Fauzi and Zeey for making my experience memorable and something that I will happily live with and look at on a daily basis.
