Visited for a training session and found it to be an excellent venue. The facilities are modern and convenient, with easily accessible parking. The lobby and waiting area are spacious and comfortable, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The training room is well-designed—spacious, comfortable, and perfectly suited for large groups. The food is impressive, offering a variety of delicious options. Overall, it’s a great place for professional events and gatherings.
The Ramadan Buffet food taste is good. But the place to too hot. 4 tables of us all sweating keep complaining still the same. Really bad. Won’t come back again.
I choose this hotel mainly due to location. The hotel was fully booked on Sunday and I checked in on Monday, however the front desk staff were attentive and polite. Anyway, I was able to check in on time, although the room cleanliness might need to improve. My experience was ok. A lot of improvement done since I last stay here in 2019. It was overall a pleasant experience.
Good service and most of the menu served is based on traditional Malay cuisine. Hopefully it will be maintained and the dining table atmosphere will be upgraded to a better one in the future.
A big thank you to Mr. Achu especially for the cempedak . The food here is okay but the dessert, kambing golek , bubur kacang and the mushroom soup was outstandingly delicious . A great place for iftar with friends and family
