The contractor Mr Leon, and his team provided excellent service. The repair work was able to start promptly (within 48 hours following site inspection) and was completed over the span of three days. Contractor was always contactable over WhatsApp and responded to messages promptly. The team was very punctual as well, often arriving on site early.
The company offers a 5 year warranty for leaking post-repair, which offers a big sense of relief and security to the management committee as they would have a designated contact person who is already familiar with the repair work that has been done, to efficiently and effectively solve any leaking that arises.
