I cannot recommend this roofing company based on our recent experience. While seeking a quote for our house’s roof repair, we encountered unprofessional behavior from their sales representative. When we offered to pay for a proper roof inspection, they refused to provide this service without explanation. This was particularly frustrating as we had already invested time in the consultation process. Their unwillingness to conduct a basic inspection, even at our expense, raises concerns about their service quality and customer commitment. I would advise potential customers to seek alternative roofing contractors who are willing to perform thorough assessments and value their clients’ time.
I contacted HS Roof Repair regarding a leaking rooftop hose which I was unable to safely access and fix. They arrived within 3 hours to fix the problem. Due to the speed of their response they minimized the impact of the water disruption to my house. Thank you HS.
