The hype of Dubai Chocolate made me drive all the way just to savor the limited edition Pistachio Kunafa Ice Cream Chocolate Bar. Very lucky the friendly staff allowed me a serving. Very limited quantity available I was told. Always appreciate new adventurous flavors. Keep up the marvelous flavors 😊
We visited this ice cream parlor earlier upon seeing the reviews. While I appreciated the generous portion size, I was disappointed with the quality and taste of both the ice cream and waffle. Despite the visually appealing presentation, the flavors fell short of my expectations.
The establishment seems to cater to families with its inclusion of swings, which is a nice touch. However, the system in place for managing queues and seat arrangements is lacking. Despite having sufficient staff, there was no clear regulation of how to queue or secure a seat. It was unclear whether it operated on a food-court style system where you grab a seat as you like or if you were required to queue for seats.
Overall, my experience at this ice cream parlor was underwhelming, and I would rate it two stars. I hope they can improve the taste and quality of their offerings, as well as implement a more organized system for seating, to enhance the overall customer experience.
Atmosphere: I think it’s quit cosy and relaxing. Kids and adults alike, would enjoy the swings. Went there for a gathering.
Staff: were friendly and helpful to clean the table for us.
Food:Choices include Ice creams, yogurt ice cream, coffee and waffles.
Taste: The ice cream were creamy and tasty. If you don’t like to have lesser sweetness ice cream, you can opt for passion fruit coconut and blueberries flavours.
The chocolate and Rocher is quite sweet but really creamy and tasted dense. I like it.
The strawberry is nice too.
The coffee flavour is dense and with some bitter taste of coffee, good for coffee lovers.
Nice to have: You can self service to get a cup of plain water at the cashier counter.
Location: in a shoplot, hard to find a parking in this area and worst on weekend because many ppl will come for dim sum at shop next door.
You can park at Atria Shopping Gallery and walk over.
Toilet is relatively clean.
Came here at night with a bunch of friends.
Ample parking spots outside the ice cream store.
Ambiance was very welcoming and the space is clean and brightly lit. Staff were very friendly and attentive.
Inside Scoop’s ice creams never fails. Reasonably priced and most importantly taste way better than other ice cream stores. I really love their Cookies & Cream ice cream.
If you’re nearby and on a hunt to satisfy your sweet tooth, look no further.
My family’s favourite hangout and chill spot. The staffs were just friendly and always carried a smile. The ice cream was really really yummy. Not too sweet, and flavourful. It was creamy soft. Lots of variety to choose from, and the flavours were not the usual flavour. It was unique and local. Highly recommended.
