Hands down one of my favourite spots for ice cream. The place is well kept & cozy. Located in the middle of CC. While most of my visit have been pleasant but the service is inconsistent. Sometimes the staff are not really attentive or annoyed, some of the staff are really nice & friendly. Overall, the experience is still great because the ice cream quality makes up for it.
I recently had an issue with my order when the waffles came out burned. I informed the salesperson name Priya and she immediately handled the situation with great professionalism. She offered to redo the waffles right away, but when I hesitated, she graciously suggested a refund instead. Her understanding and quick response truly showed her dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction. It’s refreshing to encounter such thoughtful service, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of it!
Came to buy the Monday promo 40% discount for single scoop ice cream. Staff service is very friendly and they have super nice ambience seats. Various types of flavour to choose from for both chocolate lovers and non-chocolate. One exciting thing I like to do when buying ice cream here is try to taste flavours that I think are interesting and unique.
This one I chose mixed berries cheesecake flavor. Since I didn’t like to eat cheesecake of cake version, this ice cream version tastes much better to me.
Staff very attentive, many customers but still help to clean table immediately and at the same time assist customers at counter. Ms Adrianna help to Give recommendations on the flavour. I had a pleasant experience here.
The staff is friendly and helpful. I’d rather buy ice cream here near my office than in my area.
