Actually I wasn’t gonna do my nails again after my nails got hurt due to heat spike and thin nails but I decided to do here for Christmas. Luckily Jammy’s work didn’t disappoint me at all, she took her time to make sure my nails look perfect and I was relieved the whole process didn’t hurt my nails at all. Thank you Jammy for making my Christmas awesome!

When I try to make appointment that time, they never tell you that there is a surcharge of extra 10% because of CNY until i paid the RM50 deposit then only they send you that there is a survharge of extra 10% and the deposit is non- refundable. Although I feel cheated but I was thinking since I wanted to do the mani and its near CNY so I didn’t reflect it. But I am REALLY SO disappointed and really UPSET when it come to the payment after the manicure. During the gel menicure service, I did asked about all the prices before I agreed to do the nail art. Then when I want to do additional diamond nail art, I asked how much is it? First, she ignore me. Then I asked again, she said later will let me know. It’s so weird. When i make the payment, she told me for a manicure with 4 fingers with French curves, 3 fingers extension and 2 finger diamond nail art is RM410.30. I asked her how she calculate? After showing me ACCORDING to her calculation, she charge me extra RM10 for nothing. She said she counted wrongly. And she never appology for that at all. Then I asked her why doesn’t want to tell me in advance that 1 diamond is RM60? She said, she didn’t hear me asked her. I asked, you sure I didn’t asked you? Then she said, it’s already done so she think no need to tell me because i have to pay for it anyway. What a ridiculous excuse? Just like a con man job. Look at the photo then you will also jump up and down like I do now! What type of service and you think this worth RM400? You will never believe it cost this much! WILL NEVER COME AGAIN AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. If you guys still want to try, BETTER ASKED ALL DETAILS BEFORE YOU EVEN START!!!

Didn’t experience any pain or discomfort. Jammy took her time to clean off all the dead skin and cuticles. The studio is also very clean and comfy with aroma scent. Overall I’ll come back again for my next manicure!
Excellent service! Jammy pays attention to details. My nails are brittle due to excessive acrylic nail removal previously and in recovery process. I came to Jammy seeking gentle manicure and help to get my nails stronger and grow them out. Boy, did she deliver! Again overall a great experience and can’t say enough of Jammy’s care and service. Definitely recommend.
