I’m not sure if this was actually a 5-ton lorry. From what I saw, it looked more like a 3-ton lorry, yet they charged me for a 5-ton lorry. I’m very disappointed and would not recommend their service to anyone. The driver himself admitted that it was a 3-ton lorry and suggested upgrading to a 5-ton lorry, saying he would inform the company to send one instead. I have already complained to the admin, but they insisted that the driver was using a 5-ton lorry. I believe this is a scam to overcharge customers…
I recently used Jompindah for my house move, and I was incredibly impressed with their team’s strength and efficiency! They handled my furniture and belongings with care, and everything arrived in perfect condition. The movers were friendly and professional, making a stressful day much easier. My only suggestion would be a little more attention to time management; we experienced a slight delay. However, the excellent service and careful handling of my belongings, and fair price more than made up for it. I would definitely recommend Jompindah for anyone looking for a reliable, reasonable price and strong moving team.
First, they themself agreed to come at 9am when i suggested 10 during booking, but they end up arriving at 9:45am.
Second, it seem they have floor charges which is around RM 50 per floor, and I need to pay extra 150 since my old house has no lift and they never informed us anything about this charges beforehand when we did inform there are stairs during booking.
Giving an extra star since they brought the man power to finish the tasks quickly.
