I’m very disappointed with this saloon. My girlfriend happily took my mom to get a haircut, but it ended up being a terrible experience. When they got there, the stylist kept saying my mom looked old, like she was 60-70 years old. Throughout the entire conversation, he kept describing how old my mom looked, even though she’s only in her 50s. My girlfriend kept signaling him to stop, but he just kept going. After the haircut, my girlfriend immediately complained to the manager about the stylist.
In fact, during the haircut, my mom already felt a stinging pain on the back of her neck because the stylist was using a trimmer to cut her short hair. She thought it was normal at the time, so she didn’t react. But when we got home, we noticed many scratches on the back of her neck caused by the barber’s trimmer. We filed a complaint with customer service, but they didn’t even apologize. They said it was impossible that their barber caused it and asked us to provide bank details for a refund. However, when I called to provide more details and further explanation, they completely ignored us and refused to answer calls. This is such irresponsible customer service and poorly trained stylist, both in communication skills and cutting skills.
We are very angry and disappointed. Initially, we were upset with their services and asked for a refund due to the scratches. They requested that we visit their salon, but unfortunately, we couldn’t since we’re not in KL. Rather than conducting any further investigation, they simply sent us a message implying that we seemed like unreasonable customers, but they would still issue the refund. This message from customer service was very disappointing. We tried calling to explain the issue, but they refused to answer and never called us back.
I had my hair cut by Bei Yin and I absolutely loved the experience! The ambience was really nice and the stylist was very detailed with the haircut. My hair was very long and dry so I truly appreciate her patience with combing it out after the wash. Thank you so much Kimarie Salon and special thank you to my hair stylist, Bei Yin for cutting my hair exactly how I wanted it!
10/10 would definitely come back again 🫶🏼

I requested a specific haircut and showed several pictures to the lead stylist and said this is what i want. She nodded and barely looked at the pictures and started cutting my hair…..it ended up being super short. I’m kind of worried about the perm i got as well. It looks ok now since it’s styled but once I was it I don’t know how it’s going to look like
