Started a pool project since May 2024. Personal contractor did the pool construction and use this company to install pump, heater and other major accessories. Very unprofessional, did not respect our timeline, did not even come and inspect the phase of cosntruction. Once make noice only come but doing the work ‘cincai’ and ask to alter unnecessary things (pool completed 2 month already but did not even come and install; excuse given, pump not here yet. Took 2-3 weeks just to install the pool lights. Jacuzzi wire has been out for nearly 2 month, when make noise come and check then realize it is not functioning completely. If you come according to the timeline, then you can order early and do necessary amendment. Just because the pool is done by someone else, that does not mean you can delay and ignore). Installation not safe and inconvenience for the owner. (Chlorinator deep behind the pump and filter, owner need to reach there each time, wiring bracket only using cable tie only, and when the heater seems lower than the tile, just put a brick, just put a scotch tape to protect the wire). what kind of ‘pool specialist’ is this. Seriously bad and unprofessional. Till now, not ready. Heater did not test yet, jacuzzi problem. Will never recommend the company.
