Food was yummy. Has a wide selection of menu. Sitting space was quite packed downstairs. Restaurant was very accommodating and as per our request, was give a private room for 9 pax & helped to receive a birthday cake on our behalf.

The dishes we’re in decent portions however the taste doesn’t make me wanting for more. The Loh Hon Chai is a big let down as many main ingredients are missing and the gravy is runny
Been around for more than 20 years but not my preference for vegetarian meal
I have been here few times, we have even had our reunion dinner here, food were good but today incident really ticked us off. Very very bad logistics management!!! Upstairs table was shaking and staff not be able to accommodate seat for us and not event considerable of us having 2 elderly patrons. Tables were reserved for those not even arrived, complained about the table and direct us to ground floor again. Upon reaching, we were told not to sit as the table was reserved. What is this kind of service?? Upstairs plenty of rooms and seats but directed us to Ground Floor and told us not to sit. Why making us like a dumb walking up and down in the restaurant, we had 2 elders with us. We probably won’t be coming back.
We visited this place for dinner on a weekday, and the crowd started picking up around 8pm. They had quite a variety on the menu. Among the dishes we ordered, I found the char siu and assam fish to be the highlights. The char siu had a delightful grilled flavor, and the assam fish was bursting with tangy and appetizing notes. However, the curry vegetables was a disappointment as the curry seemed watered down and lacked that distinctive curry aroma. The yam basket and omelette were decent.
