The place is gorgeous but space is limited. Food wise, menu is pretty much exactly same as Rakuzen but probably a bit more pricier. Portions for what I ordered a small. So be careful of what you’re ordering when you’re hungry
I went here with my office team members to have lunch and they have decent choices of dishes
Food: they serve good quality japanese dishes, flavors are great and you will taste it is fresh and prepared really well
Service: Okay but can be done better, on of my peers had to wait for his food more than 20mins, and not enough staff to assist esp we were in a private room
Atmoshphere: Is okay, enough tables and chairs to sit, warm vibes but lacking the japenese feeling when i got inside.
First time here and already decided I would be a regular!! When I pass by John was so attentive that I decided to come even thought I’ve never been here. Once here was attended by Mr Jun that made sure every aspect of my dinner was nothing short of spectacular. In short, this is a place I would visit everytime I need a Japanese fix!!
The food at Kura Japanese Restaurant in One World Hotel was delicious and authentically Japanese.
Everything was perfect, except the rice was a bit mushy.
The service and ambiance were also excellent!
Whenever I visit KL, I would be sure to dine at Kura. The food presentation is lovely, price and portion is good. The ambience is relaxing, service is good.
