My service was provided by Michael, a highly creative stylist who communicates fluently in both English and Malay, and his explanations were both clear and insightful. The overall conduct of the staff was commendable, reflecting the salon’s reputable image.
However, I did notice a few areas that could benefit from improvement. The condition of the toilet did not match the pristine presentation shown in promotional images, and the private room had some stray hair, which required a request for cleaning. As a prestigious salon, maintaining impeccable hygiene is essential, especially for clientele who value a consistently pristine environment. I trust that these minor concerns will be addressed promptly to ensure an even more exceptional experience in the future.

I had an amazing time at Laviuu with Sam and his team that helped rejuvenate my hair back to life. I was there for a colour and hair treatment and they did not hesitate to help me with my scalp and hair concerns making the experience a 10/10. The team provided a complementary scalp analysis to examine the condition of my scalp, to be able to provide the best treatments most suited to my scalp and hair type. Along with hair treatments they provided free snacks and drinks to ensure I wasn’t hungry throughout their services. I’m extremely happy to have my hair in this wonderful condition. 🫶🏻

I had a wonderful time at Laviiu. Special thanks to Sherry, Nick and Steven. They did an amazing job with my hair. It was dark brown but they managed to get my hair to a purple pink color. The team was really really friendly and funny too 🤣 They entertained me from 1pm untill 11pm (it took a while because they bleached my hair 3 times + keratin treatment + purple pink color)🫣 They were so gentle and patient when dealing with my hair. I enjoyed getting my hair washed so many times too 😅 I definitely will be back once my hair color fades hahahah. Love y’all, thank you for making me feel pretty and thanks for giving me a way better experience compared to my experience at another salon🫶❤️
Oh, and they served me with nice vanilla cream cake, blueberry puff, some tea and hot chocolate too. I forgot to try their sushi tho 😋 (btw sushi is only served on Saturdays and Sundays only yea)
Overall am in love with my hair and the service was 💯 Will definitely recommend them 💇♀️ Can’t wait to return to Laviiu hehe
