I recently hosted a Majlis Iftar at Pasar Baru, and although the date was fully booked with only outdoor seating available, it wasn’t ideal for my VIP client. I was initially frustrated, but then Ms. Azie, the F&B manager, went above and beyond to accommodate us inside. Her exceptional service truly made a difference! As always, Le Meridien PJ delivers top-notch service, and the food was absolutely delicious. It’s rare to enjoy such amazing food during Iftar, and everything was just perfect. Highly recommend!
10 of us stayed here over the CNY holiday.. rooms were good.
Had a big 25 pax dinner at roof top bar and grill, good food and nice view. Pool was ok but a little bit cloudy and pool towels were limited. Pool loungers also was limited. The gym was well equipped. Breakfast selection was normal hotel selection and well stocked.
Staff were excellent.

Came here for conference. Very satisfied with the service. Superb IT support to setup the projector, the staffs are helpful. Food is acceptable. The conference room is a bit cold. Only drawback is the room 1 is too near to the ESCAPE, therefore got some noise /distraction from time to time. In overall, still highly recommended.
Well-suited for a 5-star rating, though on the pricier side. The hotel boasts a modern and beautiful interior, but the rooms are relatively small. Guests are provided with two access cards, which adds to the convenience. The staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive. However, parking can be inconvenient as it is shared with a mall. Located in the bustling city center, it’s ideal for a short staycation or work trips.
I recently stayed at Le Meridien Petaling Jaya, and overall it was a nice experience, with some ups and downs.
Starting with the bed—it’s really wide and could easily fit three people, so it felt super spacious with just two of us. The only issue was the pillows. The regular ones were way too soft, and when I asked for a firmer option, they brought a foam pillow that was a bit too hard and stiff for me. Couldn’t quite get it right, but at least they tried!
Housekeeping was okay, though a bit hit-or-miss. Some days everything was perfectly in order, while other times they missed small details. But the rest of the staff more than made up for it—they were friendly, responsive, and quick to help out with any requests, which made the stay feel welcoming.
The real highlight was the rooftop. The view is stunning, especially at night! There’s a bar and an infinity pool, and it’s perfect to visit after dark when it’s cooler. We were lucky to be there during Deepavali, so the whole city was lit up with fireworks from everywhere. Watching all that from the rooftop was amazing and made the stay feel extra special.
Location was great and it was right beside the Paradigm Mall which is super convenient and accessible.
All in all, it’s a comfortable place with a fantastic view and great service. Just a few small improvements would make it perfect!
