I recently visited this branch to purchase a Christmas gift for my friend, but unfortunately, the experience left me quite disappointed.
Upon entering, I noticed the staff were seated and chatting. I had to approach them myself to ask about the gift sets, after which one of the staff members finally guided me to the gift section.
After making my purchase at the counter, I was handed a paper bag without the ribbon wrapping, even though the bag clearly has holes meant for the ribbon. From my previous visits, I know that ribbon wrapping is usually included, especially for gifts. When I kindly asked about it, the staff responded with, “Ohh, you want ribbon wrapping?” in an uninterested tone, without a smile or effort to assist further.
I can’t help but wonder if this is how your staff is trained to treat customers, especially those who may not appear to have premium bags or a certain appearance. I visited your store with the intent of purchasing a thoughtful gift, only to leave feeling disappointed and disrespected.
I won’t be returning to this branch.
