I was thoroughly impressed with the steak—it was cooked to perfection, exactly how I like it, medium rare. The seasoning and dressing were especially unique, adding a delightful touch to the flavor profile. One of the standout features of this place is their wine selection. The wine specialists are knowledgeable and take the time to recommend the best pairings based on your personal preferences, and there’s an impressive variety to explore.
I’ve been back several times, and it remains my all-time favorite spot.
They recently moved to this new location. The Charred Octopus was excellent, and the Slow Crawler with cream sauce was equally delicious. The plating was well-executed, with the perfect choice of plates.
The wait staff provided good explanations of the dishes and recommendations on how to begin the meal.
Edit: For the two types of tasters, Miyazaki did not lived up to the expectation especially for the price paid. There is no smooth buttery taste to it. More meat than fat.
Our orders: Bone Marrow. Bacon rolls. Steak tartare. Clams. Pork rib. Angus and Wagyu steak. Hamsup Siew yok. Mushroom soup. All excellent. Chef Yenni came to introduce the menu to us. Love the choice of salts. The kids loved the hash browns frankfurters and fries. Reminder: you need to pre book for the beef wellington
yet charming interior—proof that great food doesn’t need flashy decor. The culinary craftsmanship shines through in every dish. The starter, with perfectly cooked escargot and a rich, buttery foie gras, sets the tone. For the main course, the meat feds steak(⭐️⭐️), sexy back (⭐️⭐️)and chef’s cut(highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️) deliver exceptional flavors and textures. Finally, the desserts—an indulgent chocolate cake paired with a smooth rum and raisin offering—are the perfect, sweet finish. Every bite was a testament to their dedication to perfecting each dish. Simply fabulous!
Definitely will pay another visit to try other dishes !
The Truffle Siew Yuk has a perfectly balanced flavor—truffle enhances the dish without overpowering the original taste of the siew yuk, adding an extra layer of complexity.
The octopus is cooked just right, perfectly tender and seasoned appropriately.
As for the beef, each cut has its own unique “character”, some are richer in beef flavour, while others have a more indulgent, fatty texture. I’d recommend skipping individual steaks and opting for share plates instead, so everyone can enjoy a variety of textures and flavors. Personally, I highly recommend pairing it with their B.K.T. salt and Umami salt.
The dining experience overall is thoughtful and accommodating.👍
