A decent hotel situated along Tropicana Merchant Square in Petaling Jaya serves the basics for sleep and go for most business people. The facilities are very minimal with WiFi services lagging, their kitchen closed way too early, towels not clean and toilet rolls not refilled. The staff are rude too even when they make mistakes, they did not apologise. Their website gallery pictures are not the accurate description compared to the actual situation. Overall, this hotel is just for you to sleep and leave on the next day. I hope the establishment will find ways to improve their services in the future.
Rooms are basic, comes with 2 bottles of complimentary water. Staff at the counter friendly and helpful. Earlier check in will cost fair bit but still affordable. No food or amenities at the immediate vicinity, there is a Muslim shop behind at the low cost housing estate with a sundry shop.
Towels are dirty advice to bring your own towel. Reception guy mending the hotel was super rude . We were told and scolded for having the aircon on just because we left it on and went for dinner . He showed dissatisfaction when we told the guy we left tje card in the room and he said the electricity was on and he was unhappy and when he opened the door he reiterated that why we left the Aircond on 🤦🏻♂️. We were out for dinner for 3 hours and treated in this manner . First time ever treated in this manner . Will never come back to this place again. What if my kid was in the room and with Aircond on and i went out for 3 hours ???. There is no logic to the explanation.
This hotel is located in a strategic place which can avoid getting trapped in a traffic jam. Suitable for travellers whom dont want to miss a flight via KLIA / Subang Airport. Foremost, I prefer this hotel is the clean room and friendly staffs.
The Rates given… I consider it as “A Good Deal” and worth your money. A must visit.. hotel.
