Can’t say I enjoy the flavours of the food here.
Noodles came separate from the broth, it’s thick and quite salty.
The pork were totally overcooked and really dry.
Only dish I liked was the namban chicken.
Everything else was just average.
Not something I would come back again.
This restaurant used to be inside isetan before isetan closed down at 1 utama. Previously the ramen taste was so good but I think this time the taste and the quality of the ramen not as good as before. Now they also have the bento set, it was a good alternative if you are not fancy eating ramen. Serving is a bit slow, hope they can improve their staff service too.

Visited Menya Musashi at 1Utama, and it was an okay experience. The broth is undeniably rich and thick, but I found it too overpowering and “jilat” for my taste buds. The ramen noodles were soft and generally well-cooked, but the heavy broth made it hard to enjoy fully without needing a few glasses of water. The flavors are intense, so it might appeal to those who love bold tastes, but it wasn’t quite balanced for me. Also, the restaurant can get really crowded during peak hours, and with limited seating, it feels a bit cramped. Not bad, but not something I’d go out of my way for.
Kakuni Tsukemen with tantan soup is too thick to my liking, with the two large pieces of pork belly, it is too greasy to finish even half bowl. Musashi ramen and karaage is nice.
We enjoyed a great atmosphere and excellent service during our recent dinner here. The Japanese cuisine was authentic, though the soup noodle was a bit heavy and salty, likely due to the concentrated broth, but it tasted rich and tasty. We dined during peak hour, so there was a short wait. However, the staff were kind and provided us with menus to browse and place order while we waited. The portions were generous, making it excellent value for money.
