If you couldn’t maintain your standard just because you employee wants to finish work fast and leave work early you either get a new well trained batch or employee or you as a boss come train them yourself. I ordered my usual favourite strawberry mi-shake. My drink is always shake before served. I got my drink at 10.43. Unshake and it was left there without calling my number and I was there waiting when it’s already served. If the staff is unhappy with her job she can just quit and get a new one. 😀
