We reviewed many quotes. Mr Roof – Mr Liew was shortlisted based on our review. Mr Roof was experienced and confident to carry out the works.
Mr Roof’s quote was reasonable for the works we required and was with a warranty.
The works were carried out via scaffolding set up at the rear of the 2-storey shop lot to access the roof without interfering the 1st Floor restaurant’s business.
There was very little wastage and the workers carried out the works skilfully with proper working tools with valuable advice on the roof maintenance. The roof was restored to the original GCI clay roof tiles; completed in March 2022. I personally inspected the works up the roof via the scaffolding. It has been more than 20 months now, no issues with the roof.

never trust this contractor
I have their service last year, after made full payment upon completion of work my roof still leaking
immediately called them next day, they give all kind of excuse. Never bother to turn up on time, call also no pickup.
They will just call you suddenly and said want to come now without making appointments. When i said I am not at home, they replied me is not they don’t attend is me not at home. Is not their problem is mine
After that, they just ignored
