I’ve been going to Nail It for exactly a year and thought it was about time I left a review because they absolutely deserve the 5 stars! I go to Kay all the time, and she’s incredible 🥰💅🏻💖 love the attention and detail she puts into all my nail art to make them look as close to the original into photos, and I always have a great time talking to her. I’ve attached pics of some of the many amazing nail art looks she’s done for me. I don’t ever post Google reviews, but Kay and the Nail Art team really deserve the recognition for their work at such affordable prices!
I had an amazing experience and this is my 3rd time at Nail it Nail. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of.
The technicians are clearly very experienced and skilled—their attention to detail is impressive, and the results were flawless. They took the time to ensure everything was perfect, and I truly appreciated their patience and care.
The salon itself is clean, cozy, and beautifully set up, making the entire visit even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for excellent service, talented staff, and a relaxing atmosphere, I highly recommend. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I was recommended by a friend to this parlour as their gel nail polish is quite reasonable. Unfortunately I won’t be going there again.
1. I make a booking via WhatsApp and was asking on the spot what design do I want. At that point it was 2 weeks before my appointment and I told the person that I haven’t decided, but I was told they needed to know to quote me. So I gave them the pictures of design.
2. On the day of my appointment, after applying my base colour, the lady showed pictures of my design and started grabbing ‘stickers’ that closely resembled my design. Did they just charge my extra RM30 for a bunch of readymade stickers?
3. I kept quiet and accepted my fate. But they didn’t have a sticker for one of my design and the lady wanted me to take something different to which I said NO and told her to hand draw it. The design was a Christmas ornament(ball with ribbon). Was given an annoyed look and she drew a so so ornament. Overall the design and my pictures were so different.
4. Just a few hours later, one of my extension started getting loose and 2 weeks later, the colour started coming off.
I have done my nails so many times at other parlour but the quality and service here is so bad.
**OH I missed to point that my friend who also requested many designs that were even complicated than mine, had hers hand done by the manicurist. Mine was this lady NANA or something. Hers was Kay
I only find out about this place recently and I just loveee this place! Did my mani pedi 2 times by the talented Lisa and Kay. So impressed with their work, so far the best gel mani pedi I ever had – my nails lasted long and didnt crooked at all for a month. My first time with Lisa 1 month ago, and second time with Kay today, and I super satisfied with the result. Both of them are very skillful, friendly and super nice to me. Thank you so much and I cant wait for my next appointment to get my nails beautified! 🩷💕
my first time with Nail It, and it exceeded my expectations! the nail tech was so friendly and talented, and she paid alot of attention to detail, executing my nail inspo perfectly! did not manage to get her name unfortunately.. the store itself was very cosy and homey. this is my favorite set of nails so far, and i cant wait to come back to them to do more cute designs 😋✨💫
