I went for the first trial of RM49. Initially during consultation and facial treatment my beautician is nice and friendly but after the treatment she is very persistent to sell the package even though I said no several time and want to see the result first. I was very annoyed because you should respect the decision of your customer and I think that if you are very nice and not being forceful to customers to take the package, we are more comfortable to come again.
Not to mention, the sudden change in expression and attitude when I refused to take the package. Ultimately, I decided to take a package after she reduced the price and number of treatments to a price that I can accept but the beautician really acted like “okay my job is done here” and did not really entertain my questions after I paid for the package. Really disappointed with this.
Hopefully you can improve the attitude and behaviour of your staffs when interacting with customers. You shouldn’t act cold suddenly just because customers refuse to take your package or buying your products. Really being nice and not being forceful goes a long way to keep customers
I had a very bad experience at here!!! At first they tell us the whole process just takes 2 hour to finish ,so I aspect that i can plan to have my breakfast after that ,but when they started to consult I don’t even think that actually that they did consult to us but it’s more to hard sales to ask us tu join the member and buy all the package!!! After we already rejected one person than they call another person still to hard sales us it’s repeat until 3 person to hard sales!!! (about the member and the package it take around two hours for that!!! )Than finally after all of the hard sales we already rejected , we finally get the chance to try the trial package but i know it free but after they put the softener on my face then they ignored me for (1 hour❗️❗️❗️) no one even care for me even got few of the workers go in and out the room!!! Isit like this how you treat your customer even it’s free trial??? After that 1 hour waiting i direct call them to remove everything on my face and i’m not continue any of the service and don’t even have any sorry from them❗️❗️❗️what a attitude ❗️❗️❗️
