I had a fantastic experience at this aesthetic clinic! Dr. Alicia was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient in addressing all my concerns. She took the time to explain the procedure in detail, making me feel completely at ease.
Nurse Sophia was also amazing—friendly, attentive, and very skilled. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process and provided excellent post-treatment care instructions.
The clinic itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the results and the level of care I received. Highly recommend Dr. Alicia and Nurse Sophia to anyone looking for quality aesthetic treatments!
I came for mole removal 15/03/25. I was attended by Dr Alicia and Sophia Chew. Sophia was very patient, friendly and explain to me the procedures in details even before I meet Dr Alicia for consultation. Dr Alicia was meticulous and suggested various types of procedures that was suitable for me and at the same time was not pushy at all. When they work with passion, the result is definitely fantastic.
the service here is good and they do give good advice in consultation (if you want it’s additional rm80).. everyone here is very hospitable and friendly.. the promotions here are good and still reasonably prices compared others I’ve surveyed.

Doctor Alicia was very patient, and thorough. She asked me very detailed questions to know more about my situation before advising on what treatment she recommends. Very honest and not hard selling as well. Nurses are very polite and talks to patients very calmly making me feel more calm because I was nervous. I hope the treatment works.
Great first time experience at NextMed! This place was recommended by a friend but I was nonetheless still apprehensive. However, Dr Robin was meticulous during the consultation process – addressing my areas of concern and giving me options best suited for me instead of product-pushing. In fact, he was blatantly truthful about what “trendy” products he would not recommend for me specifically even though the clinic did have it on hand. This level of honesty is hard to come by nowadays with so many aesthetic clinics that are trigger-happy with prescribing more.
The nurse (did not get her name but she’s super smiley and sweet) then brought me over to the treatment room to remove my makeup and put numbing on.
During the treatment process, Dr Robin kept checking if I felt any discomfort and he would also tell me what step he’s on. It’s a good client experience to know that your doctor is confident in sharing his thought process as he works on you.
