This place has so much nice food I can understand why it’s such a warzone in the morning, everyone is scattering around looking for tables.
Asam Laksa is so legit it taste close to Penang.
Char kway tiao has wok hei flavours.
Chee Cheong fun is smooth and tasty.
Yong tau fu is comforting.
Apam balik is crispy with so much filling.
Advise to come early as it’s not easy getting a seat.
Loved the char kuey teow and asam laksa here! Curry mee and apam were good too 😋came here during weekend before 11am, lucky to find an empty table but generally people eat and go so the turnaround is pretty quick.
Parking is always tough to find around the area but would come here again for the char kuey teow!
Most of the food stall there are very delicious. There are a few which are very popular. Yong tau foo, Chee cheong fun, sam kan chong pork noodles, Wanton noodles, Chicken rice, char siew, roast pork, Char kway teow, chicken hor fun n the peanut pancake. Limited seating area. Always full
There are quite a few good dishes to have here (though I have yet to try all of them).
The prawn mee, curry laksa and Assam laksa are top notch. Assam laksa does not look good but its taste and generous ingredients is something many hasn’t paid notice.
After 8am and it’ll be a challenge to find seats, be ready to share tables. At lunchtime, you best arrive before 12 noon, not just for seating, but for parking also.
It’s been a very long time since I have not been here. Came very early on a Sat morning. Ordered nasi lemak, WTM, tpau CKT etc. The nasi lemak & WTM is pretty good 4.5/5. The restaurant is clean, service is acceptable, it has probably 20 stalls in the restaurant. A worthwhile visit
