This time we came while fasting due to a passing of a dear friend. The sahur started at 4.30AM and didn’t disappoint.
Love how the hotel is conveniently linked to 1 Utama Shopping Mall, too.
Probably one of the best hotel I’ve stayed in. The room was cleared tidily, blankets folded properly and no sight of rubbish or leftover on the ground or surrounding. The toilet was also cleaned.
Besides, the service was very good. They brought you the things you requested in a jiffy, and never delayed any service calls by me, saving plenty of time!
The location of the hotel wasn’t far away from my home either, just a few kilometres of driving — about 30 minutes.
The room was cleaned and tidy, the service was perfect and admirable! Keep up the good work!
1. Their customer service are top! I never have a room here but when I ask questions they always answer it very politely!
2. The toilet is damm clean and the design is great but no hand air dryer is installed.
3. The temperature of the hotel is cool.

The front desk staff on the night shift was very very rude. Previously when I had stayed here, he was already rude once. I asked if it is possible to extend my stay, but he rudely replied me that he was not able to see it on the system as the allotment was not confirmed for that night . As I was not sure what he meant, I asked again so if it is possible to extend. He responded with “ Do you understand what I am saying? I am not able to see it on the system if the room is available to extend! ” As this hotel was quite nice I chose to stay here again. This time I went to the front desk and asked for the walk-in rate for a specific room type. He told me that the room was fully booked so I had to book a more expensive room type. Since he already said that, I went online to book another room type. When I checked-in another staff informed me that there was still 4 rooms left (the room type that I first asked). He was really rude, unprofessional. The other staffs were really helpful and nice but this one in particular ruined my stay.
Patronised the Cinnamon today at One World Hotel. It is amazing. They have done a tremendous job in the transformation of the Coffeeshop. Really luxurious feel. Well spaced out and plenty of space. Very cleverly planned layout that make it convenient to reach the buffet from wherever you are seated. Multiple satellite food station. Good quality dishes and of high standards. Expensive no doubt but it’s value for money.
